We initiate and fund research that specifically addresses how one half of the brain can best recover the functions lost when the other half is removed.
This research helps not only those who have had a hemispherectomy, but also provides key insight and solutions for the broader brain-injured community, including acquired and traumatic brain injury, autism, dyslexia, and other epilepsy surgeries.
